Silver Sands Treasure Island

Silver Sands is a great value and an excellent place to stay. Very quiet property, friendly management, and good location. The unit we were in was nicely updated and very clean. The walk to the beach is not too far, about as good as you can get on this side of Gulf Blvd. Easy walk to all the restaurants at John's Pass. Nice warm pool over at the Bungalows just a few steps away that you can use too.

Super clean recently remodeled, we were able to sleep 3 people: service was friendly it’s right on the beach and they have a pool as well. Also they have an outside shower station to shower off sand from the beach. Loved that our room had a kitchen as well. For the price you can’t get anything better and i highly recommend staying here

This is a very tidy and well stocked condo with a separate bedroom and kitchen. While the kitchen is small it is completely stocked and we cooked all of our meals in the unit on the weekend. The beach boardwalk is directly across the street. That particular end of the beach is nice and calm, not overcrowded. It's just a few steps to the base of the drawbridge and a walk over the bridge will get you to John's Pass. I'll walk in the other direction will get you onto the Treasure Island boardwalk and all the way up to Sunset Beach. Everything you need is within walking distance. Because it's on the other side of the street it is nice and quiet. There's a lovely small courtyard on which you can shower off the sand and grill your meals and eat in the shade. It is also a great place to sit and have coffee in the morning. The bed is super comfortable and there's a flat screen TV in the living area and in the bedroom. If you don't want to swim in the salty gulf you're welcome to walk next door to the co-owned property at The Bungalows and swim in the pool there. The price was more than reasonable and I would definitely stay there again. I think I would much prefer it to a simple hotel room on a more crowded part of the beach. I went with a good girlfriend of mine and she slept on the sectional in the living room and found it very comfortable. There is also ample space for couples. Apparently you can bring your pet for a $50 fee.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was in a great location, just a short 3-5 minute walk to the beach on one side and the bay on the other side . The grounds were well-kept. The landscaping was very nice and created a great aesthetic. On the property there were multiple outdoor spaces to sit and enjoy time with family and friends. It was a rainy weekend so we did not get to enjoy the pool, but it looked like it was in great shape. The rooms are nice and the decor was cute and comfy. Entry into our room was so easy with a lockbox next to the door that held the key. We will definitely come back!

Our 2nd time here and it’s won’t be our last! Cute little places , exactly how pictured. We had upstairs connected rooms 7&8. The location is short 3-4 min walk across the street for beach and steps to a county ramp. The staff was always friendly. The only thing I can say is the pool was way to hot ( if heater was on) for this time of year. It was NOT refreshing and that’s a must after being on a beach all day. Hopefully next time it won’t feel like warm bath water.

My boyfriend and I loved staying here. It is right across the street from the beach and walking distance to John’s pass. There are tons of things to do within walking distance and it is in between major cities on both sides if you would like to take a short drive to visit other places. This is more of a quiet relaxing family area and not a teenager party area which is exactly what we wanted. Robin greeted us when we arrived and checked how we were enjoying our stay when we saw her in passing. We will stay here again next time we visit. Thank you so much!!

Stayed in a 1 bedroom.Great place! Conveniently located across the street from the beach. Restaurants within walking distance. Short drive to the boardwalk. Condo was clean &modern. Laundry area on site. Pool is a very short walk to sister property. Private parking for 1 car. Grills and patio furniture on-site. Would definitely stay again. Great value for price. I would suggest you bring a Citronella candle if you are going to sit outside after dusk!

We love this place. Easy check in just using a lockbox. Super cute. CLEAN. A little stocked kitchen. Felt like a little beach apartment. Seems freshly painted and kitchens have new appliances and cabinets. It was a total chance we stayed here at the last second and so happy we did. The pool is great and the outside seating and grills is perfect. The management was incredible helping us add to our stay! We booked for 2 extra nights nights. WAY BETTER THAN A HOTEL.
